After starting a new business, I had lots of creative ideas for marketing my coffee shop. The reality was that running the business took up so much of my time that it was hard to step back and analyse what was working best and what could be enhanced. After meeting with Jodi, she put together a comprehensive PR & Marketing plan that plugged many communications gaps for the business. This helped the brand to grow and publicise the successes of the shop, such as number 1 on trip advisor for coffee shops in the area and start-up entrepreneur of the year.
We first starting working with Floresco in October 2018 and now we can’t imagine using anybody else. Jodi was there for us from the very beginning as we launched our business and she took a huge amount of the pressure away. Our launch budget was tight and extremely strict but this wasn’t a problem as Jodi was more than understanding of this. Her knowledge of the local area helped us spend our money wisely and promote our business in the best places to reach our audience. The detailed plans and regular emails and meetings kept us in the loop with everything they were doing, again helping to keep our pre-launch stresses as minimal as possible. In the early stages of a launch there are a million moving parts and we never once worried about any of the marketing elements – I was confident that Jodi had thought everything through to the finest of details and to a very high standard. Opening day would not have been as much of a success if it hadn’t been for Floresco. The turnout was far better than we could have ever imagined and it has given us a leg-up as we continue to grow the business in these early months. We will continue to work with Floresco as we really can see the benefits of an actively promoted brand and completely trust them to act in our company’s best interest.
